A great location, an easy short walk from the main shopping. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good, with a reasonable range of buffet items. The fitness room was well equipped and well maintained. Parking was easily accessible at the rear of the hotel (via a barrier at the front) and cost 15 Euros per night (but see below comment).

Excellent location - 3 minutes walk to Essen central station using exit/entrance F - Breakfast was super !! everything you need and more and very clean and spacious eating area - food was great and bakery always fresh. What also mattered the most was the MOXY sign on the hotel - reflecting upon the facing building - made it extremely easy to identify for late/ night arrivers - so look for that !! Use exit F as you come out form Essen central station - excellent value for money !

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The staff are absolutely amazing, the hotel in general is cosy and comfortable. The rooms are large, very well designed and also very comfy. The location is really good as well, with a small parking lot in the back of the hotel and many other parking options nearby.

Beautiful and elegant hotel. The room was fabulous, spacious, clean. Never slept so well. Very courteous staff. Breakfast good and plentiful. Very nice hotel bar. Next time I come back to Essen, I want to stay here again.

I went here for the Taylor Swift Concert and they went above and beyond to make the stay as accommodating and memorable as possible. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean and the prices were very moderate in comparison to other properties in the area. I’d always come back!!

Clean, modern, close to hauptbahnhof, very good selection of TV channels, comfortable bed and pillow, night can be quiet, breakfast rich, staff very professional and willing.

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes walking to the Main Station. Superhelpful stuff and amazing lobby with wonderful cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but more than enough. We also got our grab and go breakfast, because we had an early flight and the bread was freshbaked and hot. The reception is the best. Thank you, Melanie! You saved us for so many times!

Very near to the Essen central station and easily accessible to the nearby U Bahn and the rooms were clean and quite comfortable. I really liked the room ambience
